Hands On Pasta Experience

$75 per person ($500 minimum)


A delicious made from scratch dinner, includes your choice of two pasta dishes.  This can be a fun, hands on experience where you get your hands dirty too (after scrubbing them clean first of course), or just sit back and enjoy the wine because somebody has to do it...

Collage of 2 different baked oyster dishes and freshly shucked raw oyster.

Chef brings in only the freshest oysters and teaches you about sourcing and safe handling while shucking them in front of you. This package includes raw oysters and your choice of 2 baked options from the list below as well as hand made cocktail sauce.

Chef hand selects the freshest seafood the day of your event as well as andouille sausage, sweet corn, and potatoes for a southern style boil.
